Welcome to Maropost where you can turn ideas into action! As the Director of Financial Reporting, you will lead and scale our finance function as we grow our global, multi-product SaaS business. Experience in a SaaS environment, a global business perspective and a passion for AI are all necessary for the position. What You'll Do: • Oversee accounting, audit, tax, and compliance operations in collaboration with internal and external partners. • Design and implement scalable financial systems, processes, and internal controls to support high growth and automation. • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global finance team, promoting accountability, and financial discipline across all functions. • Collaborate with FP&A to support the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting process with accurate operational inputs and insights across products, business units, and geographies. • Implement AI tools to drive efficiency in Order-2-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and the financial close process that leverage automation to drive revenue growth, enhance operational efficiency, and enable long-term planning. • Support strategic initiatives including M&A, pricing, and market expansion through data-driven and automated financial analysis. • Act as a strategic advisor on business performance, risk management, and capital strategy. What You'll Bring to Maropost: • 8+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 2-3 years in a Director or equivalent role, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth environment. • Proven experience in SaaS (B2B & B2C), multi-product environments, ideally supporting companies with $80M+ in annual revenue. • Global finance experience including multi-entity consolidations, transfer pricing, and FX management. • Demonstrated ability to design scalable processes and implement systems that improve speed, accuracy, and automation. • Familiarity with ASPE and its application in mid-sized, growing businesses. • Thrive in fast paced, high growth environments with shifting priorities and aggressive goals. • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Passion for AI and its role in modern finance. • CPA required • You exemplify Maropost's Values: • * Customer Obsessed • Extreme Urgency • Excellence • Resourceful Message from the Founders: Maropost is looking for builders - people who are driven to move our business forward at all costs to achieve both our short and long-term goals, and the results and outcomes those goals will deliver for all of us.
