Candidates for this role should have experience managing a marketing tech stack, optimizing the lead lifecycle and all related processes, enabling all users of these technologies, and reporting on global marketing activities. This person will own our marketing automation platform, Marketo, including platform administration, operational programs, database health, and integrations, especially with Salesforce. As the Impartner Marketing tech stack grows, this person will be responsible for collecting requirements, evaluating vendors, and integrating new tools, such as platforms for webinars, website chat, etc. The Director of Marketing Operations is responsible for making sure our tools work properly to support our demand generation, customer marketing, partner marketing, brand, and content marketing activity. In conjunction, this role will be the “source of truth” owner for all marketing metrics, and in that regard will be a critical strategic partner for our Marketing Operations function. We are a small, scrappy marketing team who need to work fast and collaborate tightly with Sales, BDR, Operations, Finance and Exec teams. To this end, this role will need to define, monitor, and refine our campaign operations processes within the tech stack to ensure quality and consistency, as well as manage and optimize our lead to opportunity workflows. This includes lead scoring and routing, campaign creation, and inbound marketing channels, and help ensure a smooth handoff of leads to business development by improving funnel alignment, alerts, and SLAs. At Impartner, this means you will: • Own and manage the full marketing technology stack across implementation, integration, administration, and reporting. • Own global marketing reporting throughout the full sales funnel, across demand generation, partner marketing, digital and ABM. This includes the development of consistent dashboards (global & regional) and regular KPI reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly). • Enable data-driven decisions based on marketing and company KPIs. • Partner closely with the operations and sales development teams to manage and update lead processes and optimize the sales funnel. • Manage data clean-up and augmentation efforts to ensure campaign effectiveness and accurate business metrics. • Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and conversion rates across the funnel, covering Marketing, Business Development and Sales teams and identify areas that need attention or opportunities for growth. • Manage the documentation, onboarding, and training of marketing operations team members to ensure successful use of marketing software and tooling. • Support the greater marketing team with campaign template creation and own quality control and testing across all activities. • Consistently refine our scoring model based on business input. • Define, document, and implement scalable program processes. What we're looking for: • 5+ years’ experience in marketing operations—substantial experience with marketing automation tools • Expert with Marketing Automation programming and smart campaigns • Experience creating Salesforce campaigns, views, reports, and dashboards. • Experience with system administration of marketing functions in Salesforce.com, comfortable with technical conversations with sales ops around Salesforce workflows, objects, and triggers • Marketing professional that is Marketo certified. • Subject matter expert in the following marketing and sales tools –Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Qualified • Experience using business Intelligence tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Google Analytics, etc. Highly resourceful, self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership in areas of responsibility. • Obsessed with details. • Highly skilled in organizing and prioritizing competing time demands. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Apply tot his job
