Job Description: • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with overall company vision and goals. • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities for expansion, and customer needs within the Region. • Collaborate with the executive team to define long-term objectives and set actionable sales targets. • Work closely with channel leaders to collaborate for maximum growth across all brands and through all channels. • Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Develop training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales force. • Establish clear performance metrics and evaluate team performance regularly to ensure alignment with strategic goals. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to drive sales growth and customer loyalty. • Analyze sales performance data to identify actionable insights, optimize resources, and improve sales effectiveness. • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the appliance or related industry. • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets. • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on developing talent. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and market trends into actionable strategies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing across all levels of the organization. • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented, customer-centric approach. • Change management agent. • Advanced negotiation and problem-solving skills. • Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States (30-50%).
