What You’ll be Doing You are a seasons telephony engineer with 20+ years of experience delighting government clients with supporting their business needs through a variety of products, tools and skills. You'll report to Vice President – Technology Strategy, Public Sector During a Typical Day, You’ll • Drive design and implementation of new Cisco and Genesys contact center engagements in support of local, state and federal government agencies. • Work collaboratively with client teams and project managers to drive efficienciec in contact center operations through automation and technical capabilities. • Ensure technical designes are compliant with security regulations to include MARS-E, FedRAMP, PCI, SOC • Guide strategic planning for future growth • Interface with client executives to drive program deliverables and business enhancements. The anticipated range is $86,000 - $148,000 USD. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
