Director, SEO Data Analytics and Insights

Job Description: • Dive into SEO datasets with SQL/Snowflake, Python, and scripts to uncover opportunities and validate data quality • Write SQL/Snowflake queries, QA pipelines, and run advanced statistical analyses • Build and maintain frameworks for validating data pipelines and ensuring accuracy of SEO tooling outputs • Translate analyses into actionable insights that improve creator outcomes, audience growth, and product performance • Collaborate with product and engineering to define, test, and refine SEO tools, dashboards, and recommendation engines • Provide technical and analytical mentorship to teammates, setting standards and best practices • Introduce automation, AI (e.g., ChatGPT prompting), and advanced statistical methods to accelerate insights • Clearly articulate findings to SEO leadership, product managers, and other stakeholders to bridge technical details with business outcomes Requirements: • 7+ years of experience in a data analytics or data science role, preferably within digital media, publishing, or SEO-driven industries • Passion for and proficiency in data, reporting, and business growth • Strong hands-on skills in SQL (Snowflake preferred) • Proficiency in Python (pandas, forecasting/statistics) • Data QA experience and ability to validate data quality • Solid foundation in statistics and experimental design • Experience in an SEO or data-related role with interest in audience content consumption habits • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Sigma, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, advanced Excel) • Comfort working with APIs, web scraping, and automation scripts • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Creativity, self-sufficiency, and methodical logical approach • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employer cannot sponsor a work visa • Primary residence must be in the United States (must be based in the U.S.) • Bonus: experience with NLP, machine learning models, or advanced forecasting Benefits: • Eligible for additional incentive compensation not included in posted range • Remote work (U.S. residents only) • Raptive recognized as a Fortune 100 Best Places To Work for 2024-2025 • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion • Accommodation available for individuals with disabilities upon request Apply tot his job
