The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and possess a strong understanding of data management processes. This role requires advanced skills in data entry, familiarity with database management, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. Your daily tasks will involve processing large volumes of data with precision, conducting regular audits to verify data accuracy, and collaborating with different teams to streamline data entry processes. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining documentation related to data entry procedures and best practices. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will have opportunities to participate in team meetings, contribute to database improvement initiatives, and assist with various projects on an as-needed basis. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Access. Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy (minimum 60 WPM). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with data management systems and software. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Responsibilities Accurately enter data into the system from various sources. Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes. Develop and maintain documentation for data entry procedures. Assist in reporting and analytics efforts by providing data insights. Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.
