Dispatcher / Route Support - REMOTE
Role Overview Lions Foundation Corp is opening an internal opportunity for a Dispatcher / Route Support Specialist. This role is essential to daily operations and supports all hubs and more than 100 drivers. The Dispatcher handles all on‑road communication, assists with route assignments, and ensures drivers receive timely support for any issues that arise throughout the day. This position requires strong communication, quick problem‑solving, and the ability to manage high‑volume driver interactions with professionalism and consistency. Primary Responsibilities • Provide real‑time support to drivers across all hubs • Handle all on‑road issues, including: • Breakdowns • Bad addresses • Rescues • Delays or route complications • Track driver progress and maintain awareness of all active routes • Assist Operations Managers with daily route assignments and adjustments • Communicate with drivers, Ops Managers, and dispatch teams throughout the day • Maintain accurate logs of driver calls, issues, and resolutions • Ensure smooth communication and problem‑solving across all hubs Requirements • Strong communication and customer‑service skills • Ability to multitask and manage high call volume • Fast, effective problem‑solving abilities • Reliable attendance and consistency • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment • Professionalism, accountability, and strong decision‑making skills Position Details • Weekly pay • Compensation: $500–$700 per week • 1099 contractor role • 1–2 scheduled days off per week • Supports all hubs and 100+ drivers Pay: $500.00 - $700.00 per week Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
