As we continue to grow and expand our reach, we're seeking a talented and driven District Sales Manager to join our team in the Southwest region. About the Role: District Sales Manager, Southwest As a District Sales Manager at ADLINK Technology, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, fostering strategic relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) and Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the Southwest region. This remote-based position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while still being at the forefront of innovation in the embedded computing industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop new OEM/ODM accounts and proactively identify opportunities to add value and strengthen customer relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for key account customers, orchestrating resources to win business and meet customer requirements. Establish and maintain executive-level relationships, positioning ADLINK as a strategic partner to drive business growth. Understand customer needs deeply to reduce their total cost of ownership, mitigate business risks, and enhance their market position. Meet and exceed assigned quarterly and annual sales quotas, including sales revenue, design win quantity, design win revenue, and new customer engagements. Penetrate vertical industries by up-selling and cross-selling ADLINK's products and services, including components, boards, systems, solutions, engineering, and DMS services. Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction through consistent, productive account calls and structured deal negotiations. Travel within the territory to visit customers, prospects, and events as required (up to 50%). Supervise and manage the performance of assigned Key Account Managers, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance. Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must possess: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent training. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in key account management or similar roles, managing OEM/ODM and Business-to-Business relationships in computer and electronic manufacturing companies. A proven track record of selling computer hardware solutions and building OEM/ODM customers. Excellent strategic selling skills, with the ability to lead high-level sales engagements. Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude. Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Ability to forge and nurture executive-level relationships. A hunter mentality with a proven track record of prospecting and closing new business at new accounts. Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of embedded systems, industrial PC (hardware and software). Experience in the embedded computing industry.
