Document Review, Collection, and Management
We're a U.S. law firm seeking a detail-oriented Data Collection Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you'll be the critical link between our clients and attorneys, ensuring all required documentation is gathered, reviewed, and organized so cases can move forward smoothly. What You'll Do: Review and organize client documents including bank statements, pay stubs, tax returns, vehicle registrations, IDs, and insurance records Use AI tools to analyze financial documents and flag potential issues Manage client files in Salesforce and Dropbox, maintaining accurate notes and status updates Follow up with clients via email, SMS, and phone to obtain missing documents and information Identify red flags or discrepancies that require attorney attention Requirements: Fluent or native English speaker (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable learning new software (Salesforce, Dropbox, AI tools) Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace Ability to communicate professionally with clients going through a difficult time Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines Bonus: Spanish language skills (helpful for communicating with our diverse Florida client base) Experience in legal support, banking, or financial document review Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems What We Offer: Fully remote position with flexible scheduling Thorough training and ongoing support Opportunity for growth and increased responsibility as you develop expertise Stable, long-term position with a firm that's been serving clients since 2010 If you're organized, communicative, and genuinely care about helping people navigate a challenging process, we'd love to hear from you.
