We are expanding our true crime production pipeline and are looking for a results-driven, highly skilled Video Editor to join our growing team. We operate in the premium true crime documentary ecosystem on YouTube and require an editor capable of delivering high-quality, narrative-focused content at scale. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in long-form storytelling, understands YouTube’s retention psychology, and can craft gripping, emotionally engaging narratives designed for an audience of millions. --- ROLE OVERVIEW: We are seeking an editor (or agency) with 3+ years of professional experience in true crime, documentary, or related long-form storytelling formats. Candidates must present a verified portfolio that demonstrates mastery in pacing, narrative tension, emotional escalation, and audience retention.
