DTE (Data, Technology, and Engineering) Summer Intern
Join Vertex as a Summer Intern in Data, Technology, and Engineering to work on impactful projects and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative biotech environment. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: • Work on various positions within functional areas including Commercial Technology Business Analyst, Conferencing and Event Support Technician, CPEAO & MWS, Cybersecurity, G&A Financial Applications, GMDA, GCO and Clinical Development, Marketing Technology, Project Management & Strategic Operations Business Analyst, Knowledge Management, and Quality Regulatory. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and enhance technology platforms and applications. • Contribute to project teams with requirements gathering, business analysis, implementation, maintenance, and reporting. • Assist with migrating automation processes, enhancing security alerting mechanisms, and improving cloud security posture in cybersecurity roles. • Support financial applications related to strategic investing, banking, procurement, and operational competencies. • Help organize business requirements gathering practices across Clinical Trial Business Capabilities and GCO DTE Projects. • Provide technical support for Marketing Technology platforms across Web, Email, and Content. • Collaborate on project reporting, data accuracy, process optimization, and knowledge repository management. • Support change control processes and new technology assessments within Quality & Regulatory teams. About You The company is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program. • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future. • If graduating before August 2026, must be enrolled in an advanced degree program. • Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week from May to August 2026.
