Key Responsibilities In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including: Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors to arenaflex Library in a friendly and professional manner, making them feel valued and supported from the moment they step through our doors. Providing information about the various services and resources available at the library, demonstrating a deep understanding of our offerings and helping clients to navigate our facilities with ease. Assisting clients in navigating our online platforms, helping them access job listings, resources, and other relevant information, and providing guidance and support to ensure that they get the most out of our services. Handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, offering prompt and accurate assistance, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise in a professional and courteous manner. Aiding clients in using library equipment, including computers and printers, and troubleshooting basic technical issues to ensure that our clients can access the resources they need without interruption. Maintaining an organized and inviting library space, ensuring shelves are neat and resources are readily accessible, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Collaborating with team members to organize and execute library events, workshops, and seminars to support clients' professional development, and helping to promote our services and resources to the wider community.
