Key Responsibilities Respond to all inbound inquiries from applicants via phone, email, and chat, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues promptly and professionally. Provide technical assistance to applicants, guiding them through the application process and troubleshooting any issues that may arise, ensuring a seamless experience. Navigate our computerized system to respond to and troubleshoot applicants' questions, demonstrating proficiency in learning and adapting to new systems and processes. Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as problem-solving abilities, to address applicant concerns and provide timely resolutions. Cultivate strong interpersonal skills, ensuring empathetic and supportive interactions with applicants from diverse backgrounds, promoting a positive and inclusive experience. Become and remain knowledgeable about all our application programs to provide authoritative support and guidance to applicants, enhancing their overall experience. Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with our company's values and goals. These include: At least 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of effective communication skills, both orally and in writing. Technical savviness, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly, adapting to our fast-paced environment with ease. Availability to work a scheduled shift, preferably 6 am-3 pm, with flexibility to accommodate business needs as required.
