Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues. Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Technical savviness, with a strong ability to learn new systems and processes quickly, and adapt to evolving technology landscapes. A schedule that aligns with our preferred hours of operation, 6 am-3 pm, although flexibility may be considered for the right candidate. U.S. work authorization, as this role is 100% remote and requires the ability to work legally in the United States.
