Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless communication and coordination on listings and support tickets Manage your workload independently, prioritizing tasks and responsibilities to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results Collaborate with your teammate to provide 7-day a week coverage, including weekends (Sundays mornings only) Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new developments and updates Utilize modern business tools such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA to manage customer interactions and support tickets Essential Qualifications Native U.S. English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and task management ability, with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (2 weekends a month, 3-4 days a week, 24-30 hours) Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Basic computer skills and familiarity with modern business tools (training provided) Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer support or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service Familiarity with ZenDesk, Slack, JIRA, or other modern business tools Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your workload independently Career Growth and Professional Development At Homecoin.com, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
