Job Summary Houston Skilled Consultancy is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient E-commerce Product Data Entry Specialist to remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for listing products on platforms like bolthires and Shopify, ensuring accurate product details, images, pricing, and descriptions. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and a basic understanding of e-commerce platforms. Key Responsibilities • * Accurately input product details into bolthires, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms, including product titles, descriptions, images, prices, and specifications. • * Ensure that all product listings meet company standards and guidelines. • * Perform regular updates and revisions to product listings, ensuring they remain current and relevant. • * Work closely with the inventory and marketing teams to ensure product availability and accurate promotions. • * Research and gather relevant information about products from manufacturers and suppliers to ensure accurate listings. • * Monitor and report on product performance and suggest improvements as necessary. • * Manage and maintain spreadsheets for product data and other related documentation. • * Assist with order processing and other data-related tasks as needed. • Required Skills and Qualifications • * Proven experience in e-commerce data entry or product listing (bolthires/Shopify preferred). • * Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, especially bolthires and Shopify. • * Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to ensuring accuracy. • * Strong written and verbal communication skills. • * Proficient in bolthires Office, bolthires Sheets, and other relevant software. • * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • * Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. • * Basic understanding of SEO principles for product listings is a plus. • Experience • * Previous experience in e-commerce product data entry or a similar role is preferred. • * Experience with product listing optimization and basic understanding of online marketplaces is an advantage. • * Experience in bolthires Seller Central and Shopify admin tools is highly desirable. • Working Hours • * This is a remote, full-time position. • * Flexible working hours based on your availability, with a commitment to meeting deadlines. • * Occasional weekend work may be required during peak periods. • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • * Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and software. • * Strong problem-solving skills to handle issues related to product data or listings. • * Knowledge of e-commerce trends and marketplace dynamics. • * Proficiency in data entry and ability to work with large volumes of information. • * Attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of product information. • * Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. • Benefits • * Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. • * Work from home flexibility. • * Opportunity for growth and development in the e-commerce sector. • * Access to training and development resources. • * Flexible working hours to maintain work-life balance. • * Health and wellness benefits (if applicable). • Why Join Us?
