E-Commerce Specialist (Amazon, TikTok Shop + UGC Content)
About Us: Ycon & Co. is a fast-growing marketing, PR, and advertising agency working with high-end brands across industries such as wellness, luxury, beauty, and hospitality. We’re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our clients’ Amazon stores, TikTok Shops, and Walmart listings—with a strong focus on increasing product sales through optimized listings, paid strategies, and UGC content coordination. Responsibilities: • Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, and Shopify (if needed) • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices across all product listings • Launch and monitor Amazon PPC campaigns and TikTok Shop promotions • Track analytics and suggest improvements based on performance • Coordinate and repurpose UGC (user-generated content) for product marketing • Suggest and implement conversion-boosting strategies (bundles, A+ Content, review requests, etc.) • Stay up to date on trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes • Work alongside our creative and influencer marketing team Requirements: • Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shops, or Walmart Marketplace • Familiarity with Amazon Ads and keyword optimization • Strong organizational and communication skills • Experience sourcing or directing UGC content Preferred: • Background in digital marketing, sales, or branding • Experience in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle e-commerce a plus How to Apply: Submit your resume and a brief cover letter with examples or links to products/stores you’ve worked on.
