E-Learning Manager
About the position The E-Learning Manager at PlanetTogether is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative e-learning solutions that enhance training and development for employees and software users. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to create engaging learning experiences and ensuring that content is visually appealing and user-friendly. The position requires managing multiple projects, conducting quality assurance, and tracking user certification statuses. Responsibilities • Design and develop interactive e-learning courses, modules, and simulations in the TalentLMS platform. • Create engaging learning experiences through various media, including video, audio, and interactive elements. • Ensure e-learning content is visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligns with brand guidelines. • Update existing courses to ensure content is current with new software versions. • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex technical information into clear learning content. • Write clear, concise, and engaging scripts and narration for e-learning modules. • Develop assessments and quizzes to measure learner understanding and retention. • Organize and categorize e-learning modules for different user types. • Establish certification levels and learning paths, defining certification criteria and authoring tests accordingly. • Track and report on user certification statuses over time. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of e-learning solutions. • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure functionality and effectiveness of e-learning content. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or higher. • 2+ years of experience in e-learning development of software or similarly technical content. • Proficiency in authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or other relevant software. • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. • Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Passion for creating innovative and engaging learning experiences. • Native-level fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
