Early Intervention Monitor

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Early Intervention (EI) Monitor who lives in Illinois to join our team. In this essential role, you will conduct reviews of programmatic compliance and coordinate with EI Stakeholders to ensure program goals are achieved in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices. Our goal is to make grant oversight and monitoring more effective, thereby empowering organizations to serve grantees and the public better. Key Responsibilities • Conduct reviews of programmatic compliance and coordinate with EI Stakeholders. • Conduct Payee Reviews. • Conduct Complaint Reviews as needed. • Assist with CFC reviews, as requested. • Attend all internal meetings. • Attend ICCEI council meetings. • Attend CFC Manager meetings at least every other month. • Assist with tool changes, form letters, report templates, and accessing internal and external resources. • May assist with the training of new hires. • May serve as a program representative for special interests (ex, SSIP). • Complete other tasks supporting the EI program as requested. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in early childhood, social service administration, or related fields such as Developmental Psychology, Education, or Social Work. • At least two years of experience with Early Intervention services. • Technical proficiency with MS Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint. • Expertise with web-based compliance software is preferred. • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to provide technical assistance professionally and concisely. • Strong writing skills and the ability to communicate clearly without spelling, grammar, punctuation, or formatting errors. • Extreme sensitivity to the appropriate recording and transmission of confidential or personally identifiable information (PII). • Outstanding teamwork skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others, to be part of a team, listen and respond to others with respect, and act on behalf of the larger organization. • Provide timely, attentive, and upbeat service to clients while ensuring their needs are met in a way that reflects positively on the organization. • Excellent time-management and critical thinking skills to analyze the data and form a judgment based on technical knowledge of EI services and contracts. • Travel in the State of Illinois may be required.
