Ecommerce website developer for WooCommerce to Shopify Migration
I am looking for an experienced eCommerce developer who can migrate an existing WooCommerce website to Shopify. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of both platforms and be able to ensure a smooth, accurate, and complete migration. Scope of Work Migrate all products, categories, images, variations, and metadata Transfer customer accounts, order history, coupons, and other relevant data Rebuild or redesign the site using a clean, modern Shopify theme Recreate necessary pages (home, collections, product, cart, checkout, etc.) Integrate required apps/plugins Optimize for mobile, speed, and SEO Set up Shopify settings (payments, shipping, taxes, notifications) Requirements Proven experience with WooCommerce → Shopify migrations Strong knowledge of Shopify theme customization Experience with Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Ability to ensure no data loss and maintain URL structure where possible Understanding of eCommerce best practices and conversion-focused design Good communication and ability to provide progress updates Nice to Have Experience with Shopify apps and custom app integration Ability to improve overall UI/UX SEO knowledge related to site migration Deliverables Fully functioning Shopify store Complete data migration Mobile-optimized and SEO-ready design Final review and fixes after launch What to Include in Your Proposal 1.
