Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you. About the Role: Join CrowdStrike's CSIRT eDiscovery team as an eDiscovery Operations Analyst. This role supports the team's mission by handling time-sensitive legal data collection requests across multiple platforms, and contributing to data governance and security process improvements. This is a junior to mid-level position where you'll work alongside senior team members to strengthen CrowdStrike's eDiscovery capabilities while developing your technical skills within a security-focused company. We are currently reviewing applicants who will be able to commute into our Austin, TX office as needed. What You'll Do: • Perform remote eDiscovery data collections with occasional travel for onsite imaging projects. • Design and implement defensible collection strategies across various data sources. • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a data catalog and evidence management system. • Research and evaluate emerging eDiscovery technologies and methodologies. • Maintain strict data hygiene and chain of custody protocols for all evidence. • Identify and implement automation opportunities within eDiscovery workflows. • Develop and optimize alerting mechanisms for eDiscovery operations. • Create comprehensive documentation and standardized operating procedures. • Collaborate with legal and IT teams on complex data preservation matters. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $85,000 - $120,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
