Job Title: Assembler Job Description We are seeking a skilled Assembler with expertise in both electrical and mechanical assembly to join our dynamic team. This position requires a diligent professional who can interpret engineering drawings and follow complex manufacturing documentation with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail and manual dexterity in executing assembly tasks, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities Read and interpret engineering drawings, redlines, routers, and assembly instructions. Follow complex manufacturing documentation with minimal supervision. Execute both basic and intermediate assembly tasks with attention to detail. Perform self-inspections to verify workmanship and detect defects. Assess compliance with specifications and quality standards. Utilize mechanical and electrical hand tools safely and effectively. Essential Skills 1.5 years of experience in mechanical assembler and electromechanical tasks. Proficiency in reading blueprints. Knowledge of hand and power tools. Experience in electrical assembly and production. Proficient in soldering and wiring. Additional Skills & Qualifications Must have a diploma. Compliance with ITAR regulations. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work hours are from 6am to 2:30pm, with occasional overtime up to 2 hours after the shift as needed. The role involves handling a variety of mechanical and electrical hand tools including screwdrivers, torque wrenches, standard wrenches, hammers, crimpers, and soldering irons. We maintain high standards for dress code and facility conditions, ensuring a safe and productive work environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Lake Forest, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
