Elementary Registered Behavior Technician in Gig Harbor, WA
This position offers an opportunity to provide essential behavior support services to elementary school students during the Extended School Year (ESY) period. The role focuses on implementing behavior interventions and supporting students in various learning environments, including home, school, and virtual settings. Responsibilities: • Deliver behavior support services to an elementary school caseload. • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision. • Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress. • Adapt service delivery to meet the needs of students in home, school, and virtual environments. • Comply with all state and district policies, including mandated reporting and confidentiality requirements. Qualifications: • Active and current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) licensure. • Current OSPI fingerprints and a clear background check. • Valid Washington State Drivers License or demonstrated mobility experience. • Experience providing behavior supports in home, school, and virtual settings. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team. Location and Schedule: • Gig Harbor, WA. • Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. • Contract duration from July 7 to August 15, 2025 (Extended School Year).
