Job Overview The Email, Social & Content Marketing Coordinator supports digital marketing efforts by executing email, social, and content initiatives. Working under the direction of the Marketing Lead, this role focuses on turning established strategies and assets into consistent, high-quality marketing content that supports lead generation, sales enablement, and brand awareness. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for a detail-oriented and creative individual who enjoys producing and delivering marketing content rather than owning high-level strategy. The coordinator collaborates cross-functionally to ensure content is on-brand, on time, and effective, while monitoring performance and making execution-level optimizations to improve results. Duties • Build and send email campaigns for three brands • Execute basic email nurture and follow-up sequences • Manage and schedule content for LinkedIn and Instagram • Repurpose blogs, videos, and trade show content into emails and posts • Maintain a shared content calendar • Support sales follow-up campaigns (trade shows, demos, inbound leads) • Track and report basic engagement metrics (opens, clicks, engagement) • Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) to: • Draft email copy • Repurpose content • Generate post variations • Human reviediting, and judgment are expected - AI is a tool, not a replacement Experience • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Active Campaign, or similar) • Experience managing business social media accounts (LinkedIn required) • Strong written communication skills • Ability to follow briefs and execute consistently • Comfortable working part-time and remotely • Cannabis industry familiarity is a plus, not required To Apply: • Submit your resume • include a brief note about your experience with email marketing and social content execution Pay: $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
