Employee Listening & Engagement Specialist

KPMG is a global leader in audit, tax, and advisory services, and they are seeking an Employee Listening & Engagement Specialist to enhance employee experience through effective feedback programs. The role involves analyzing employee sentiment and engagement, developing project plans, and providing actionable insights to leadership based on survey results. Responsibilities Act as a subject matter expert on Qualtrics including understanding technical aspects and practical operation Develop project plans and timelines for key initiatives like Talent Reviews, Upward Feedback, Pulses and Frequent listening initiative, testing new processes, and incorporating feedback for future improvements Develop and maintain different PowerBI dashboards across the performance and engagement team portfolio Manipulate data to enable effective decision-making within the organization and using qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze employee feedback Employee Experience Listening Survey Tools, such as the Global People Survey (GPS), Pulse surveys, and Lifecycle surveys Support interpreting survey results and preparing comprehensive reports to provide actionable insights to leadership and HR teams on employee feedback trends and insights Troubleshoot technical issues on the different platforms our COE handles Skills Experience in research, survey design and methodology, and data analytics 1-3 years of experience in employee listening, HR, or a similar role Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot technical issues related to our survey platform or other tools managed by the COE Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations Experience with survey platforms such as Qualtrics or similar Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams in a hybrid working environment Written and oral fluency in English Benefits May be eligible for bonus awards Comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program Adjustments or accommodations to help you perform at your best Company Overview KPMG LLP is the Canadian member firm of KPMG International.
