English as a Foreign Language Teacher
Start teaching kids and adults online with our South Korea-based ESL company! Textbooks provided — no lesson planning needed. What You’ll Do: • Teach 25-, 15-, and 7-minute Zoom classes using company textbooks • Lead interactive activities and provide feedback • Adapt lessons to students’ age, level, and needs • Maintain a positive, professional online classroom • Complete reports and follow company guidelines Pay & Schedule: • $14/hr starting pay, increasing to $15/hr after 3 months • Pay is based on teaching minutes only • PM Shift: 18:00–24:00 KST (04:00–10:00 AM EST) • 4-hour block shifts, 5 days/week (Mon–Fri) • Minimum 20 hours/week Minimum Requirements – NO EXCEPTIONS: • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university • Citizen of U.S., Canada, or U.K. • English as your first language • Stable landline or Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi alone not accepted) • Working headset with microphone (no earbuds) • Professional workspace and attire • Valid ID (Passport or Driver’s License) Preferred: ESL teaching experience or TEFL/TESOL certification Skills: • Knowledge of effective ESL teaching methods • Confident, clear lesson delivery • Beginner-friendly teaching techniques • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Responsible, reliable, and consistent Apply now to join our team and make a real impact on students’ English learning!
