About the Role: We're looking for a skilled and experienced Account Manager to support the successful delivery and growth of a new Medicaid Enterprise Data Warehouse client account in Colorado. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for the client, lead collaborative solution development, and oversee end-to-end service delivery. Responsibilities: • Serving as the primary liaison between the client (State Department) and Conduent teams • Leading the enterprise data warehouse service delivery, identifying new opportunities for growth and value • Collaborating with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Technology to drive solution alignment • Building and maintaining trusted executive-level relationships with client stakeholders • Overseeing performance, partnering with delivery to ensure successful execution of all contractual services • Driving account growth by identifying and developing upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Managing contract renewals, pricing discussions, and change requests • Mitigating issues and leading resolution plans and escalations when needed • Monitoring market trends and competitive activity to inform account strategy • Representing the account in internal strategy discussions and business reviews Requirements: • Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field • Bring 5+ years of experience in account management, compliance, or systems management, preferably in the state healthcare space • Demonstrate knowledge of Medicaid programs and enterprise-level data warehouse solutions • Lead cross-functional teams effectively across delivery, product, and operations • Navigate contracts, SLAs, and operational governance with ease • Deliver high-quality executive presentations and strategic business reviews • Travel as needed to support client relationship and program success Flexible Working At Conduent, we value individuality and flexible working arrangements. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for bonuses or incentives.
