Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative and engaging entertainment experiences that align with the Disney brand. Train, motivate, and lead a team of entertainment staff, including performers, technicians, and support staff. Oversee the scheduling and coordination of entertainment events, ensuring all logistics are in place for a seamless experience. Monitor and track budget and expenses related to entertainment events, making adjustments as needed to stay within budget. Maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to secure necessary resources and materials for entertainment events. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the entertainment offerings and keep them fresh and exciting for guests. Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols for entertainment events. Handle any guest concerns or issues related to entertainment experiences, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
