As a Construction Admin, you'll provide essential administrative and organizational support to our project management team, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To: • Accurately enter and maintain data related to construction projects. • Prepare, track, and organize essential project documentation, including purchase orders, submittals, RFIs, and subcontract agreements. • Coordinate communication between project managers, subcontractors, and vendors. • Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems. • Prepare weekly project update reports for clients. • Support Assistant Project Managers (APMs) and Project Managers (PMs) with day-to-day administrative tasks. • Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required. • Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply. • Basic understanding of construction documents or processes is a plus but not required. • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Reliable, professional, and eager to learn.
