Aspirion is a leading provider of revenue cycle services specializing in complex claims. They are seeking an Entry Level Claims Analyst to coordinate motor vehicle claim accounts and enhance revenue for their hospital partners. Responsibilities Set-up and process new accounts daily Effectively use company systems and technologies to successfully enter content information and verify information received Effectively communicate with patients, attorneys, and insurance carriers Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with internal and external partners Display quality work, integrity, and ethical decision making during all work assignments Display the ability to problem-solve Work in a team environment handling complex high-volume work Adhere to high standards of accountability, confidentiality (HIPAA compliant), and professionalism while dealing with medical and financial information Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Upbeat personality Ability to problem solve and think on your feet Strong computer skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a high production environment Punctuality and strong work ethic a must Must be able to work on-site in Englewood, CO two days per week after 3 weeks of training has been completed Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred Prior experience with auto insurance, medical providers, personal injury attorneys a plus Ability to speak and write in Spanish strongly preferred but not required Benefits Health, dental, vision and life insurance upon hire Matching 401k Competitive salaries Advancement opportunities Incentive programs Company Overview Aspirion, a US-based, technology-leading revenue cycle management company, partners with healthcare providers to capture revenue from their most difficult to resolve claims.
