About the Role We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Entry Level Customer Service Representatives. Key Responsibilities Promote arenaflex's vision, values, and services to all customers and maintain organization-wide quality standards Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner Gather and log information to determine customers' needs and provide accurate solutions Verify and record demographic data and escalate customer issues as appropriate Maintain flexibility in work hours and shifts, including weekends and second shifts Accept other jobs/duties as assigned and contribute to the team's success Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or GED At least 18 years of age U.S. Citizen Call center experience preferred Proficient in English (written and verbal) Basic computer skills (typing, reading comprehension) Weekend and second shift availability Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or a related field Excellent communication and customer service skills Detailed-oriented and friendly demeanor Ability to work well in a team environment and independently What We Offer arenaflex is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, development, and success. As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you can expect: Competitive hourly wage of $18.00, plus a Health & Welfare Benefit Opportunity to move up to $20.06 after security clearance and Applicant Line certification is obtained $1 increase for every hour worked after 6:00pm Monday - Friday Sign-On Bonus of $350 after training Comprehensive training program to ensure your success Opportunities for career growth and advancement Flexible work arrangements, including part-time and full-time shifts A dynamic and supportive team environment Security Clearance Please note that this position requires a security clearance, which will be facilitated by arenaflex at no cost to the candidate. The security clearance process is a standard requirement for this role, and all candidates must be willing to undergo the clearance process. Work Environment As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a cubicle for most of your scheduled shift. You will be required to multitask, speak, listen, read, and use a computer simultaneously during your shift. The noise level is generally moderate, and you will be part of a team that values collaboration, respect, and open communication.
