Develop and implement solutions from initial concept to production, communicating results to a wide range of audiences. Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to management, leveraging a deep understanding of the business model and available data. Guide less senior staff and work in cross-functional teams and projects, presenting to management on a regular basis. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics, or finance. At least 3 years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analytics. Proficiency in analysis software and applications. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience or coursework with SAFE Agile. Experience with requirements gathering, probability and statistics, TSQL/PLSQL, Python or R, mathematical modeling, and discrete data analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx, Python/R, automation, revenue data, and basic accounting knowledge.
