About the Team and Role The Creative Production Innovation Management team is a group of program managers within the broader Product Discovery & Promoting enterprise (previously Creative Production) driving complex projects across Netflix and PDP groups. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced program manager with a background in handling complex cross-functional programs for technology platforms. The program manager will be responsible for shaping and executing innovation programs that introduce new stories to our members around the globe. Key Responsibilities Lead complex programs that are innovation-focused, highly technical, and cross-functional in nature. Conduct feasibility and level-of-effort tests of conceptual features and designs to supply high-quality functions on time and within budget. Act as a thought partner to PDP leaders to shape early-stage product innovation opportunities into concrete programs. Partner with Netflix product managers on projects within their innovation roadmaps and advocate for PDP’s teams by proactively consulting and advising throughout the innovation lifecycle on product features, assessments, and designs. Work closely with product control, engineering, and creative teams to align on project plans, priorities, execution, and shipping of highly technical projects. Identify broad trends and opportunities across your portfolio of programs that have the potential to drive greater impact and/or performance. Manage, plan, and track PDP’s resources, milestones, deliverables, and communications throughout the execution of simultaneous programs. Anticipate and plan for future needs and challenges around timelines, workflow changes, and program deliverables. About You You are a seasoned program manager with advanced understanding in the planning, execution, and delivery of programs that meet the innovation needs of a technology platform. You can break down complex requirements into achievable programs, interface with multiple cross-functional teams, and deliver solutions in a successful and timely manner. Stakeholders seek you out to give shape to early business opportunities because they know you can translate them into programs that drive tangible value and force execution.
