This will involve comparing data with source documents, verifying accuracy, and ensuring that supporting documentation meets specified requirements. Key Responsibilities Consistently meet established daily quotas to ensure timely processing of member submissions Perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy, maintaining attention to detail and focus Handle personal and confidential member information in compliance with HIPAA regulations, demonstrating discretion and professionalism Understand and follow specific instructions and procedures, adapting to updates and changes as necessary Accurately document and record member information, maintaining precise records and data integrity Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Proficiency in PC operations and navigation, with the ability to learn new software and systems Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Exceptional attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy and precision Strong written communication skills, with the ability to effectively document and record information Desire and ability to be a team player, collaborating with colleagues and supporting the team's goals High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in basic math and computer skills Preferred Experience and Skills While not required, the following experience and skills are highly desirable: Experience with data entry and CRM software, with the ability to quickly learn new systems Previous data entry experience, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve errors Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Work from Home Requirements To be successful in this fully remote role, you will need to have: Reliable internet service with a minimum upload/download speed of 10MB A quiet and private workspace, free from distractions and interruptions A dedicated computer and phone, with a secure and stable internet connection What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to supporting the well-being and success of our team members.
