About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Data Entry Remote Professional. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional patient care and support through data entry and other administrative tasks Engage with patients, answer questions, and provide guidance on our products and services Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient care Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices Patient Experience Greet patients and offer assistance with products and services Resolve patient issues in a timely and professional manner Model and promote customer service best practices to colleagues Engage with patients to understand their needs and provide proactive support Participate in community outreach events to promote the arenaflex brand and services Tasks Counsel patients on the proper use of medications and potential interactions Perform pharmacist tasks, including compounding, medication therapy management, and prescription filling Review, interpret, and accurately administer prescribed medications Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures Maintain current knowledge of pharmacy systems, including workflow, prescription filling, and inventory management People and Performance Management Assist the Pharmacy Manager with staff hiring, training, and performance management Promote teamwork and motivate colleagues to achieve exceptional patient care and customer service Training and Self-Awareness Maintain current licensure and certification requirements Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training Seek feedback and coaching from colleagues and supervisors to continuously improve performance Essential Qualifications BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution Current pharmacist licensure in the state of practice Experience with prescription filling, medication therapy management, and pharmacy operations Certified Immunizer or ability to become certified within 90 days of hire Preferred Qualifications At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting Experience with pharmacy software and technology systems Skills and Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
