Job Overview We are seeking an Entry-Level Full Stack Sitecore Web Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing, creating, and maintaining websites for our group web applications and websites. As a Full Stack Web Developer, you will be responsible for developing and supporting web experiences that engage audiences and ensure optimal user experiences. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, from migrating websites to a composable architecture using Sitecore best practices to developing and maintaining integrations between enterprise-level products. Key Responsibilities Migration Assistance: Collaborate on the migration of websites to a composable architecture using Sitecore best practices, ensuring seamless transitions and efficient content management. Backend Development: Develop backend functionality using C# to enhance the performance and functionality of our web applications, leveraging your expertise in web development to advance our sustainability initiatives. Integration Development: Develop and maintain integrations between enterprise-level products such as Sitecore, Tableau, Pardot, and more, streamlining workflows and optimizing data management processes. Content Migration Automation: Automate the migration of content from existing platforms to Sitecore, ensuring efficient content management and minimizing manual errors. Frontend Development: Develop and maintain attractive, reusable, responsive website components using technologies such as HTML5, SCSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript, creating engaging user experiences and enhancing user satisfaction. Feature Implementation: Assist with the implementation of new features such as content personalization, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction, and driving business growth. Content Management: Assist with day-to-day content management and optimization activities, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of content across our web platforms and maintaining a high level of quality. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Experience: Full-stack web development experience, with a demonstrated track record of successful project delivery and a strong understanding of web development principles and practices. Sitecore Expertise: Proficiency in Sitecore, with hands-on experience in developing and maintaining Sitecore-based web applications and a deep understanding of Sitecore best practices.
