Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Support Associates for American Express, working remotely. Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system. Identify opportunities to provide additional value to customers through cross-selling or upselling. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary. Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics and quality standards. Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar tools. Customer-focused mindset with patience and professionalism. Ability to adapt quickly to changing processes and technology. Experience No prior professional experience required. Previous exposure to customer service, retail, or call center environments is an advantage but not mandatory. Working Hours Full-time, remote position. Flexible scheduling may be available, including day, evening, and weekend shifts. Standard workweek of 40 hours; occasional overtime may be required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Skilled at navigating digital tools, customer service software, and communication platforms.
