Entry Level Project Manager

Solaire Lighting - Las Vegas, NV (remote position) Solaire Lighting is a dynamic manufacturer of custom hospitality public area and guestroom lighting. We work in collaboration with industry-leading hospitality design firms, purchasing firms, and hotel management companies to design, engineer and produce unique lighting pieces. Our product designs range from boutique properties to 5-star resorts. Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Las Vegas, NV, our team consists of a combined 30 years of experience in various fields such as sourcing materials, construction techniques, project management and logistics. We are looking to hire an entry-level project manager to join our Solaire Lighting team. Please review the qualifications listed below. This position is fully remote. Responsibilities Review and process projects Work closely with the accounting department on all project invoices Provide exceptional customer service to the client with weekly updates Create timelines with the stakeholders and alert all parties of any delays Communicate with a cross-functional team in multiple time zones Request, upload and review all current project specifications and project samples Ensure all milestones are completed on time from the stakeholders and manufacturing factories Conduct meetings with design firms to review samples, drawings and pictures to make sure the design intent is captured correctly Follow up with overseas teams to receive weekly reports with updated production schedules Provide ocean and air freight quotes for approval to the stakeholders Coordinate shipping with our freight forwarder from our manufacturing factories to the stakeholder's destination Oversee the project until goods are delivered and provide all necessary closeout documents Qualifications: Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Canva, Word and Excel (2 years required) Have exceptional people skills and a sense of humor (required) Project Management experience (1-2 years required) Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Quick learner with the ability to prioritize and solve problems efficiently Excellent communication skills when speaking with clients Extremely organized and able to juggle multiple tasks Have a passion for lighting or design Competitive pay, flexible schedule, abundant PTO, and casual work environment.
