About the Role: Entry Level Remote Data Entry Clerk and Research Participant In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, including data entry, online surveys, product testing, and participation in focus groups. You will be working remotely from home, using your own computer, laptop, or mobile device, and will need to have a stable internet connection. As a research participant, you will be contributing to the development of new products and services, and will have the opportunity to share your opinions and feedback with our clients. Key Responsibilities: Work on a variety of tasks, including data entry, online surveys, product testing, and participation in focus groups Use your own computer, laptop, or mobile device to complete tasks and participate in research studies Have a stable internet connection and be able to use your webcam for certain studies Be able to focus and follow through on tasks, and meet deadlines Be able to read, write, and take direction, and type a minimum of 25 words per minute Participate in research studies and provide feedback and opinions on products and services Essential Qualifications: Education varies by study - all education levels accepted Current USA resident Speak, read, and understand English (Spanish a plus, as more opportunities are available) Able to focus and follow through on tasks Have a computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection Preferred Qualifications: Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support are helpful but not mandatory Experience with Microsoft Word or Excel is helpful but not mandatory Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Skills and Competencies: To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong technical skills, including the ability to use a computer, laptop, or mobile device, and have a stable internet connection.
