About the Role The Data Entry Specialist function entails studies, resolution, and records access correction to ensure that the drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records match the Aetna enrollment package records, which is the source of truth. The role involves handling shared mailboxes and work queues, resolving issues from multiple areas within the company, identifying and resolving discrepancies from various reports, reconciling eligibility among systems, and collaborating with numerous internal and external regions to create effective resolutions to clear up problems.
