Entry-Level VA ($3/hr) – AI Book Content Assistant (Training Provided + Future Image Tasks) - Contract to Hire
I’m looking for an entry-level virtual assistant ($3/hour, part-time) to help me create AI-powered book content for our “How-To” books across all niches and topics A to Z. This is simple, beginner-friendly work if you can follow instructions and communicate well. Your tasks include: Using AI tools (ChatGPT preferred) to generate, organize, and refine book content. Following templates, outlines, and content guidelines I provide. Making sure writing is clean, structured, and in the required format. Submitting content on time and responding quickly to feedback. Growth opportunity: If you do well with book content tasks, I may also train and assign you to AI image creation tasks in the future, such as: Creating JPG images for book content. Making step-by-step images (how to draw, how to do things in 6 steps). Making final full-color images for lessons and chapters. (No art or design experience needed.) Requirements: Entry level, no experience required. Must use ChatGPT or similar AI (ChatGPT preferred; paid version is a plus). Good communication skills. Ability to follow instructions closely. Fast, reliable, responsive. Hiring process: I will hire several VAs for a short 1-hour paid test. I will choose long-term workers based on quality, speed, and communication. PPS...In future, I may do the book details and Intro, Conc, Ch 1, & Appendices (maybe)...and I may delegate you to do all core chapters 2 to 12 or so. (modeling ch 1)...the word count for the chapters should be consistent...if incorrect, then make sure to regenerate to reach same word count for ALL Parts of content somewhat like: - Chapter overview (100 words) - Section content including section overview and tips (850 words) x 3 sections - Chapter review (350-400 words) - After all book done, I want you to give me the result of the word count for each core chapters (chapter, chapter review) to make sure the core chapters are CONSISTENT in word count.
