Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers through online chat. You will work with a team of experienced professionals to ensure that customers receive timely and accurate responses to their inquiries. As a Customer Service Chat representative, you will be the face of our company, and your goal will be to resolve customer issues in a calm and courteous manner, while also promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities Responding to customer inquiries via online chat in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information about products, services, and policies. Identifying and resolving customer issues in a calm and courteous manner, researching the issue, communicating with other team members, and finding creative solutions that meet the customer's needs. Accurately documenting customer interactions in a CRM system, maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring that all customer interactions are recorded accurately and completely. Escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed, recognizing when an issue is beyond your ability to resolve and escalating it to the appropriate person or department. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, working closely with shipping, returns, and other departments to resolve issues that affect customers. Staying up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers, attending training sessions or reading product manuals to stay informed about the latest products and policies.
