ERP Application Consultant

The Application Consultant will provide an analysis of a customer’s business requirements and objectives and work with them to meet those objectives. They will also implement the DELMIAWorks (IQMS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) & Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) solution successfully in the customer’s environment and get the customer “live.” Remote Responsibilities: • Providing an analysis of a customer’s business requirements and objectives, and working with them to meet those objectives. • Defining project scope and working with clients to implement the solution in their environment. • Implement the DelmiaWorks (IQMS) ERP solution successfully in the customer’s environment, and get the customer live • Gather process information from the client’s current workflow, understand their needs, and identify opportunities to gain or improve efficiencies. • Assist customers with application testing and rollout • Application configuration, implementation, and data conversion • Assist customers’ end-users with training and support • Provide trip summaries with action items to customers in a timely manner. Qualifications: • Accounting experience required • Must be willing to travel up to 85% of the time • Crystal report building • Understanding and experience in consulting implementation methodologies • 4-6 years of ERP implementation or consulting experience required • Familiarity with manufacturing environments is required • Hands-on implementation and/or consulting experience in a product company required • DELMIAWorks (IQMS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience preferred • Strong communicator – verbal and written • Outcomes/results management • Be able to work remotely or on-site with a customer • Sense of urgency • Consulting experience with customers • Build relationships with customers and sales teams • Manufacturing expertise • Problem solving Benefits: Work From Home, Medical, Dental, Vision Additional Compensation: Bonus Skills: Consulting, Technical Consulting, Enterprise Applications, Information Technology Consulting, Management Consulting About the Company: DR Software Services & Associates, Inc.
