ERP Functional Consultant
Position: ERP Functional Consultant Location: USA Remote Job Type: Long Term Contract Primary Skill: Core HR Optional: Data Migration • Gather requirements and prepare mapping documents to facilitate. • Global Transfer between legal entities in Oracle HCM. • Coordinate as a functional expert with data loading team, assist client team with validation and transformation, including reconciliation of migrated data. • Lead the Execution 3 cycles of data migration Pilot (Process Playback), User. • Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Go Live. • Coordinate with Data Migration team to Perform Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) and reconciliation reporting. • Coordinate with Customer and Data migration team to Develop data mappings and transformations. • Validate extracted and transformed data (sanity check on samples). • Coordinate with data migration team to Load validated data into Oracle Fusion. • Validate loaded data within Fusion through sample checks. • Coordinate with data migration team to Provide consolidated reconciliation reports.
