ESM Program Operations Analyst - Remote

This includes assisting with the launch and maintenance of financial services products, supporting operational partners, and contributing to process improvements with a focus on data, coordination, and compliance. You will report to the Head of Ops. What you'll be doing: • Coordinate operational activities across financial services programs. • Track and report performance using KPIs and SLAs. • Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution. • Support documentation and enhancement of operational workflows. • Contribute to process improvements and manage small projects with growth potential. Qualifications • 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, business analysis, or a related field—open to varied backgrounds and transferable skills. • Organizational and analytical abilities, with comfort using tools like Excel, Tableau, SQL, or similar platforms. • Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in active environments. • Proactive and curious mindset, with a passion for identifying opportunities and solving challenges collaboratively. • Interest or experience in financial services, FinTech, or consumer products—we welcome enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. • Collaborative team contributor, committed to integrity, continuous growth, and driving positive change.
