EU / Global Payments Architect (Crypto + Fiat) (PSD2, MiCA, PSPs, Wallets)
(FOR MORE INFORMATION PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE ATTACHED DOC) We’re building an international donation platform that combines: - Fiat payments** (cards, bank, iDEAL, etc.) via PSPs - Blockchain / stablecoins** (e.g. Solana) for transparency and internal flows Key features: - Split payments: one donation → multiple projects/NGOs - In-app wallet/balance so funds can stay in the ecosystem - Simple UX: no crypto knowledge needed - EU first: with a clear path to international expansion We’ve already spoken with EU fintech/tech lawyers (PSD2, MiCA, limited network, PSP partnerships, PI/EMI), but we’re not sure what the ''best starting route'' is and which “side doors'' we might be missing. Very important: - We want to avoid our own PI/EMI license at the start, unless truly unavoidable. - We’re open to **pure fiat via PSPs** (blockchain only as audit layer) and **hybrid fiat + stablecoin** (PSP in/out, on-chain internally). - We’re willing to set up entities in other countries if needed, but prefer Netherlands/EU. Custody: we foresee a custodial technical design with a non-custodial feel. We want to help users recover access (passwords/keys) but **never have arbitrary access to their funds**. Ideally flows are governed by smart contracts: A (donor) → contract → ~1% or less to B (platform) → rest to C (NGO). What we want from you: - A clear memo outlining realistic architectures (PSP-only, hybrid, exemptions), licensing impact (PSD2/MiCA), and a recommended starting route. - A short phased roadmap, plus your timeline, approach and price for discovery, memo and one Q&A round. Please share relevant PSD2/MiCA + marketplace/PSP experience (Mollie/Adyen/Stripe/Mangopay a plus) and any work with donation/crowdfunding platforms. Apply tot his job
