As we expand, we’re seeking skilled subcontractor Virtual Assistants with 20–40+ hours of weekly availability to join our dynamic team. Role Overview We’re looking for proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistants to manage a variety of administrative tasks and, for some roles, creative projects. You’ll work directly with clients, ensuring their backend operations run smoothly through exceptional task management and customer service. This role requires adaptability, strong communication, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining high standards. This is a 1099 subcontractor position. Core Responsibilities • Manage client inboxes and calendars with precision. • Conduct research and compile basic reports (e.g., weekly tasks, deliverables, sales). • Handle invoicing and expense tracking. • Support email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Flodesk, or ConvertKit. • Perform general virtual assistant tasks tailored to client needs. • Random bullet point to let you know the secret word is cortado Optional Creative Tasks (for interested candidates) • Create and proof graphics using Canva. • Manage social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). • Write engaging copy for newsletters or social posts. • Design workbooks or other client materials. Key Qualifications • U.S.-based with availability from 9 AM–5 PM in your time zone. • Minimum of five years’ experience in administrative, executive assistant, virtual assistant, or social media management roles. • Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new tools and platforms. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong written and verbal communication, including proofreading expertise. • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently. • Solution-oriented with a focus on efficiency and quality. • Comfortable using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp). • For creative roles: familiarity with Canva and social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook. Preferred Skills Familiarity with some of the following tools is a plus, but adaptability to learn new platforms is most important: • Productivity: G-Suite, Outlook, Slack, Zoom, Calendly, Acuity • Project Management: Asana, Trello, Monday.com, ClickUp • Financial Tools: Quickbooks, Expensify • Creative Tools: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Buffer, Later, Hootsuite • Marketing Platforms: Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, MailerLite • Website/Online Learning: WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific Who Thrives in This Role • You’re a natural planner who loves organizing systems and catching details. • You enjoy solving problems and improving processes. • You take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion. • You’re reliable, punctual, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. • You value clear communication and collaboration. • For creative roles, you enjoy designing visuals or managing social media.
