Executive Assistant, Production Shared Services & Production Safety (Disney Entertainment Television)
The Walt Disney Company is seeking an Executive Assistant to support two Vice Presidents leading Production Shared Services and Production Safety departments. This role involves providing essential administrative support, managing calendars, organizing meetings, and tracking performance data to aid in strategic decision-making. Responsibilities Support assigned executives by maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents and reports, managing contacts, and covering phones when needed Work with executives to produce meeting agendas, stakeholder presentations, status reports, and other updates Manage executive travel and expense reports when needed Work with VP, Production Shared Services and VP, Production Safety to align schedule and meetings to meet the strategic objectives of the department, determining best ways to manage team members and stakeholders across multiple locations Skills 1+ years' administrative experience in a corporate environment, preferably within production Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook for calendar management Highly tech-savvy with proficiency in Airtable and PowerPoint; proactive and organized with a confident, adaptable, and personable approach to dynamic environments Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to multi-task and organize multiple projects, with excellent follow-through Strong communication skills, with an ability to interface with internal and external executives and colleagues in a collaborative and solution-oriented fashion Strong people skills, including the ability to work effectively as part of a team and with professionals at all levels Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Knowledge of and/or interest in learning about television production and production services Experience as a Production Office Coordinator preferred, with proven ability to manage workflows and support complex projects Curiosity and a growth mindset Proven ability to anticipate executive needs and navigate ambiguity Benefits A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package The full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits Company Overview The Walt Disney Company started as a cartoon studio and evolves into sports coverage and television shows.
