Skills • Culinary Education: A degree in culinary arts is preferred • Experience: 3-5 years of head chef or high-volume culinary management experience • Certifications: ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety certification • Strong knowledge of diverse culinary techniques and food pairing • Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team • Excellent communication skills with a willingness to suggest ideas and solutions • Adaptability and a positive attitude, able to handle unexpected situations Responsibilities • Lead and oversee all culinary operations, including design and implementation of dining services • Address staff concerns with professionalism and ensure timely resolution • Create and implement sales goals and incentive programs to drive revenue • Design creative, Montana-inspired menus • Develop strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) • Collaborate with other teams and support culinary training programs • Handle guest concerns professionally and maintain a positive guest experience • Uphold safety and health standards • Build partnerships with local and regional farms and vendors • Oversee culinary programs to maintain cost efficiency and control inventory levels • Conduct weekly and monthly inventory checks Qualifications • A strong commitment to both your team and our guests • Leadership skills to inspire and motivate a culinary team • Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills Education Requirements • Culinary Arts degree preferred Education Requirements Credential Category • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field Experience Requirements • 3-5 years of head chef or high-volume culinary management experience Why work in Browning, MT Browning, MT offers a stunning backdrop of natural beauty combined with the rich cultural heritage of the Blackfeet Nation.
