About the Role Blithequark is seeking an exceptional Executive Vice President of Customer Success and Services to play a pivotal role in driving the long-term success of the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of customer success, professional services, and support motions to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes and maximize the value of blithequark's platform Build and scale global teams to drive customer retention and renewals in partnership with sales and services leadership Create industry-leading customer journeys and drive customer retention and renewals Develop and execute data-driven success motions to enhance the customer experience Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer to drive rapid revenue growth and ensure collaboration across the global customer success organization Develop other leaders within the organization and foster a culture of customer success Essential Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B SaaS, experience in leading teams that utilize CRM platforms, and a proven track record of driving customer success and revenue growth. The candidate should be a transformational leader, operationally excellent, and a team player who is committed to a culture of customer success.
